FLI Precast Solutions Celebrates Health & Safety Week 2026
Congratulations to Chris Woods, Divisional Director at FLI CAP Technology, on completing one of Europe’s toughest one-day cycling events – the Tour du Mont Blanc Cyclo 2026.
FLI Global’s specialist precast division, FLI Precast Solutions, recently completed its Health & Safety Week 2026, bringing colleagues together for five days of practical training, safety awareness, wellbeing initiatives and team activities.
Taking place from 12–16 October under the theme “BUILD SAFE. BUILD STRONG. BUILD TOGETHER.”, the initiative provided an opportunity to reinforce the importance of safe working practices, encourage shared learning and strengthen the positive safety culture across the division.
Throughout the week, colleagues participated in workshops, training sessions and interactive activities designed to promote both individual wellbeing and collective responsibility for workplace safety.
Each day of Health & Safety Week focused on a specific theme, highlighting different aspects of workplace safety and the importance of looking out for one another.
Together, these activities provided opportunities for colleagues to refresh their knowledge, develop practical skills and engage in important conversations about health and safety.
One of the highlights of the week was a 12-hour charity cyclathon in support of Children’s Health Foundation.
The initiative brought colleagues together through physical activity and teamwork while supporting an important charitable cause.
Alongside the cyclathon, a range of team challenges and wellbeing activities helped create an engaging atmosphere throughout the week, encouraging participation and reinforcing the importance of both physical and mental wellbeing.
Health and safety is a fundamental priority across FLI Global and its specialist divisions.
At FLI Precast Solutions, where teams work across design, manufacturing, transport and on-site installation, maintaining safe working practices is essential to protecting colleagues, contractors and everyone involved in project delivery.
Health & Safety Week 2026 provided a dedicated opportunity to reinforce these responsibilities, encourage open communication and recognise the role every individual plays in maintaining a safe working environment.
While the week has concluded, its key messages remain relevant throughout the year.
By continuing to invest time in training, awareness and collaboration, FLI Precast Solutions aims to build on the positive engagement generated throughout the initiative.
FLI Global would like to thank everyone involved in organising, delivering and participating in Health & Safety Week 2026.
The enthusiasm and involvement of colleagues throughout the five days helped make the initiative a success and demonstrated the importance of teamwork in maintaining a strong safety culture.
BUILD SAFE. BUILD STRONG. BUILD TOGETHER.
