The visit showcased how off-site precast technology is transforming construction efficiency, safety, and sustainability — while inspiring the next generation of engineers.
FLI Precast Solutions also welcomed consultants from RPS and Uisce Éireann (Irish Water) to our Chaul End Reservoir project. The visit offered valuable insights into how our off-site manufactured precast solutions support the delivery of resilient, high-quality water infrastructure across Ireland and the UK.
Our Quality and Environmental Manager, Clare Kelly, represented Hollywood GAA at the Gaelic 4 Mothers & Others Festival in New York, proudly supported by FLI Precast Solutions. The new aeration system has reduced power demand by 181 kW, cutting annual CO₂ emissions by 150 tonnes and saving £203,000 in energy costs — showcasing how innovation and sustainability go hand in hand.
Our subsidiary, VertaseFLI, continues to lead digital transformation in remediation through its VertaVerse platform — offering real-time soil tracking, drone integration, and secure cloud-based compliance workflows. This system aligns with DEFRA’s upcoming digital waste tracking rollout, positioning FLI Group at the forefront of environmental innovation.
