Students from SETU Carlow visited FLI Precast Solutions for a behind-the-scenes look at our design, manufacturing, and delivery processes. The visit showcased how off-site precast technology is transforming construction efficiency, safety, and sustainability — while inspiring the next generation of engineers.
FLI Precast Solutions also welcomed consultants from RPS and Uisce Éireann (Irish Water) to our Chaul End Reservoir project. The visit offered valuable insights into how our off-site manufactured precast solutions support the delivery of resilient, high-quality water infrastructure across Ireland and the UK.
Our Quality and Environmental Manager, Clare Kelly, represented Hollywood GAA at the Gaelic 4 Mothers & Others Festival in New York, proudly supported by FLI Precast Solutions. We were delighted to sponsor the team’s training tops — reflecting our commitment to community engagement and empowerment both on and off the field.
At Shifnal Sewage Treatment Works, FLI Water successfully completed a Water Framework Directive upgrade for Severn Trent. The project, now in its final handover phase, demonstrates our strength in collaborative project delivery, environmental compliance, and quality engineering.
FLI CAP Technology delivered a high-efficiency biological treatment system upgrade for Premier Foods in South Yorkshire. The new aeration system has reduced power demand by 181 kW, cutting annual CO₂ emissions by 150 tonnes and saving £203,000 in energy costs — showcasing how innovation and sustainability go hand in hand.
Our subsidiary, VertaseFLI, continues to lead digital transformation in remediation through its VertaVerse platform — offering real-time soil tracking, drone integration, and secure cloud-based compliance workflows. This system aligns with DEFRA’s upcoming digital waste tracking rollout, positioning FLI Group at the forefront of environmental innovation.
