Trevor Snell joined the FLI Group in 2015, have previously spent 25 years working in the foundation engineering sector. With a strong focus on the development of people, organisational structure and high performing teams, Trevor has supported the growth of the group. He has been involved in the acquisitions undertaken, the integration of those new business’s into the existing structures and then their continued growth and development.
In his role as Group Managing Director, Trevor works with the leadership teams in all the FLI Global Business Units to ensure the core values of the group, trust, openness, honesty, collaboration and innovation are the way things are done.
Trevor continues the philosophy embedded by Michael around the development of people and their importance within all the business units.
