Phil Stephenson
Group CFO
Phil Stephenson trained as a Chartered Accountant, before gaining experience across a variety of industries including nuclear, banking and education. In 1998 he moved into construction and has since developed specific and established expertise in this industry.

Phil originally joined the business in 2003 to support Vertase FLI, overseeing its finance department. Since then, he has taken on the responsibility for other group companies including FLI Water and has supported extensively with key aspects of financial and commercial management.
In 2018 Phil was appointed Group CFO and is now responsible for financial and commercial awareness across the group, in addition to managing the information systems of the group on a global scale.
