FLI CAP Technology Launches New QR Reporting System to Strengthen QESH Culture

FLI Group is pleased to announce that FLI CAP Technology, part of the Group, has introduced a new QR code reporting system designed to make the submission of Quality, Environment, Safety, and Health (QESH) observations faster, simpler, and more accessible across the business.

The new initiative has been developed to encourage proactive reporting and strengthen engagement with QESH processes across office, site, and operational environments.

By simply scanning a QR code using a mobile device, team members can instantly access a digital reporting form, allowing observations to be submitted in real time. This removes the need for manual paperwork, improves response times, and supports more effective tracking of observations across the business.

To ensure accessibility wherever teams are working, QR codes have been introduced across office locations, project sites, and even on personal protective equipment, including hard hats.

This digital improvement reflects FLI CAP Technology’s continued commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental performance.

As a specialist division within FLI Group, FLI CAP Technology continues to invest in practical solutions that empower employees, strengthen reporting culture, and support continuous improvement across every project and operation.

At FLI Group, we believe strong QESH performance starts with creating systems that make it easy for people to identify risks, share observations, and contribute to safer, smarter workplaces.
